Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, you might not be able to attend the training on the registered course date. If you call and notify us one week prior to the start of the course start date, you will be issued a refund of $2000. The remaining $400.00 will go towards the cancellation and administrative fees. If you fail to notify us 7 days prior to the start of class the refund will be voided but you will be able to sign up for a future class date without any penalties.
